Caros sócios e amigos!

O CPFR vem por este meio anunciar o inicio de uma actividade tem servido de porta de entrada a muitos praticantes de Freeride.

Nesta fase que o CPFR está atravessar é de especial importância a vossa participação em todos os eventos do Clube, por sem a vossa participação não faz sentido a existência do CPFR.

A formação realizar-se-à no outeiro da vela em cascais, local onde temos a possibilidade de ensaiar todas as manobras básicas do FR com a máxima segurança.

O Secretariado abre ás 9.30h e a formação inicia-se ás 10h.

As inscrições devem ser feitas no nosso site em http://cpfreeride.com/CMS/index.php?option=com_facileforms&Itemid=71 até sexta-feira.

O valor das inscrições mantêm-se com os sócios a pagar o valor simbólico de 5 euros e os não sócios a pagarem o valor de 10 euros.

Poderá existir a possibilidade de alguns membros irem fazer uma aplicação da formação da parte da tarde… mas isso ficará sujeito a disponibilidade de logística.

While I don’t have the manual you’re looking for, I have a 6M37 Yacht Timer and figured out how to set it (I believe).

1. full reset:
Set mode to CHRONO, pull crown out, wait until nothing moves anymore (the timer wheel is slow, wait 10s to be sure),
hold both buttons for a few seconds, release buttons, a confirmation beep should sound
everything starts moving (demo mode), push a button to cancel demo mode

next

2. set zero positions for all 3 hands and the timer wheel:
use upper button to select hand/wheel (selected hand will make a short forth/back move)
use lower button to adjust zero position (all hands at 12, blue dot in middle hole at 12)
note: the 24-hour hand must be set to 24 (up), so maybe the hour hand needs 2 rounds
push crown in when all zero positions are set correctly

now

3. set time:
set mode to TIME, pull out crown, use buttons to set time (mind the 24 hour hand), push crown in at full minute mark

and later maybe

4. preset countdown timer:
set mode to TIMER, pull crown out, use buttons to set time (mind the 24 hour hand), push crown in

That’s it. Hope it helps.
